We are one of the nation’s largest providers of home-based care.

With a footprint in 18 states in the Northeast, Midwest and Southwest, MxT Home Health Aides has approximately 33 caregivers in more than 27 locations serving over 234 patients and their families every day.

We utilize state-of-the-art telehealth monitoring equipment and/or additional virtual touchpoints that provides additional patient engagements and promotes conversation, interaction and learning opportunities between the patient and clinician.

MxT Home Health Aides platform of care includes programs that are tailored to each home care patient’s individual needs—wherever they are on their health journey and wherever they call home.
